Ours is a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Harvested from low-yielding small vines at optimal ripeness, the level of concentation is noticeable. The Cabernet Sauvignon is the elegant essential core of the blend (45%); while the Cabernet Franc (28%), and Merlot (27%)
provide the spicy currant, earth and fruit. Aging in French Oak gracefully integrates these flavors while providing an intensifying toffee and vanilla undertone.
