What a vintage! The 2004 Anomaly Cabernet Sauvignon captures the richness of this ripe, warm and low-yielding year. The wine offers aromas of hazelnut, cocoa powder, dried herbs and dense, dark fruits. Notes of black cherry, tamarind and graphite flesh out its seamless palate. Firm, sweet tannins provide a supple, confident and creamy foundation before culminating in Anomaly’s signature, velvety finish.
Wine Enthusiast Bright and forward in red and black cherry, plum and new oak aromas, this lush Bordeaux blend comes from two small vineyards in St. Helena. It has a smooth, silky texture, very seductive and charming. Luscious now, but has the structural integrity to age through 2012.
