Culler Wines The Cabernet Sauvignon and family members, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec, are grown in select areas of Napa Valley. These varietals are blended in varying amounts each year to take advantage of the differences of the wines from vintage to vintage. Winemaking for La Palette also uses natural and commercial yeast, punchdowns and pumpover, some gravity rackings and limited intervention and all French oak barrels.
