Chardonnay
Chardonnay is grown in almost every wine-producing country in the world. It is originally from Burgundy region in France. The white Burgundy are rich and powerful, with complex fruit falvors and notes of earth and minerals. Some of them are crisp and lively, with apple and lemon flavors. In America, Australia and Chile, the Chardonnays are ripe and full-bodied, even buttery with higher alcohol levels and vanilla notes from oak aging.
Food
