Boyd Family Vineyard
After the previous two years’ resounding success (we sold out in 1 day last year) we are back with more Ruby Tuesday Rosé for this summer. As you’ll recall Ruby Tuesday (1989-2004) was our barn kitty who we inherited with the 1998 purchase of the vineyard property. Within days of our arrival she made the move from barn to house and became a permanent feature of our new home. 20 years ago we visited the South of France and fell in love with the dry crisp Rosé served in Provence. Produced in the same French style by
harvesting at 22° brix from 100% whole cluster pressed Syrah, the wine is bright, light and refreshing on a warm summer day. It is a versatile accompaniment for summer lunch or your Thanksgiving Day turkey. Totally dry, fruity and lower in alcohol, this wine is a perfect choice instead of a white wine. This summer, fill your glass with this chilled Rosé and toast… “Goodbye Ruby Tuesday”.
