Blair Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic variety from Bordeaux. The core of our blend, Cabernet Sauvignon alone showcases its power and elegance. Firm tannins and concentrated flavors complement the toast, vanilla and coffee from the finest French oak. This wine was aged for 18 months in new, small French Oak barrels. During this time it was ''racked and returned" to barrel 3 times to incorporate air into the aging process, helping to soften the tannins. This wine is un-filtered and unfiltered.
