"While pouring the wine into my glass I immediately noticed the deep dark color and enjoyed the fruit and toasted oak that bellowed up from the glass. The wine is rich and focused with a main core of big Cabernet flavors of blackberry, boysenberry, spice and oak. The wine is still a little tight when first opened, but after decanting it truly shows its true potential. The finish on the wine is excellent with nice juicy fruit flavors that continue on your palate for some time.
Screenplay Blend : 51% Cabernet Sauvignon; 18% Merlot; 15% Syrah; 12% Cabernet Franc; 3% Malbec; 1% Viognier. This blend is a composite of all my favorite vineyards I work with in the Napa Valley.

Moffett Vineyards / Screeplay
You notice the deep dark color of this wine when you pour it into the glass. The aromas come bellowing up and fill the air with rich black fruit aromas, chocolate, vanilla and hints of oak. On your second check of the aroma you will start to notice a nice floral edge to the fruit.
The palate is rich with big dark juicy fruit of blackberry, sweet cherry and currants. The mid palate develops with some dried fruit and creamy oak with hints of mocha.
The long finish has soft tannins with bright acidity that carries the fruit flavors on and on. Enjoy Act 1 of the Screenplay red wine.
